Programme Management

Programme management is the integration and management of a group of business  projects with the objective of achieving individual project benefits and benefits in common with least disruption to business as usual.

The role of Programme Manager requires very extensive project management experience with additional skills of organisation planning and operations management. The individual appointed should have the ability to deal with business and technical management at all levels.
